These Terms are between you and Buddy app, MB. They cover our website, quiz, checkout, and app. By using FocusCorp or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. FocusCorp helps you plan and protect focus time, but your quiz plan and app progress do not guarantee a particular result.
You can take the quiz and save your answers with an email before creating an account. If you buy a plan on the website, you will be asked to connect it to an account so you can sign in to the app. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. Entering an email does not buy a subscription or sign you up for marketing. How we use it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Premium is available through paid subscriptions. Our website offers 7-Day, 4-Week, and Year plans. The 4-Week plan renews every four weeks, not once a calendar month. A weekly price shown for comparison is not the amount charged; the full price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown before you pay.
Website purchases are handled by Stripe. They renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can view invoices, update payment details, or cancel through the web subscription manager. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made; your legal rights remain unchanged.
Purchases in the iPhone app are handled by Apple. Any trial, introductory price, renewal price, and billing period appear on Apple's purchase screen. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple account, and Apple handles App Store refunds. Website and App Store offers may differ.
Discounts, founder offers, and referral rewards apply only when offered to you. The price and renewal terms shown with an offer control what you pay. Referral rewards have no cash value and may be removed if a referral is fraudulent or abusive.
Blocking features depend on Apple's Screen Time permissions, your device settings, and the operating system. You choose which apps to manage. FocusCorp cannot promise that every distraction or notification will be blocked or that you will achieve a specific focus or business outcome.
Use FocusCorp lawfully and respect other users. Do not try to access another account, interfere with the service, misuse referrals, or copy or distribute our app, artwork, or code without permission, except where the law allows it.
You can delete your account in the app. This does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a website subscription through the web subscription manager, or an App Store subscription through Apple. Some billing records may be kept as required by law. If you need help, email hi@buddyapp.lt.
We may update FocusCorp and these Terms. We will give notice of material changes when appropriate. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
