These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Buddy app, MB, the operator of FocusCorp. By downloading or using FocusCorp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FocusCorp is a focus and productivity app designed to help founders and builders create an account, complete deep work sessions, track progress, manage scheduled app-blocking rules, view stats, earn virtual in-app rewards, and build consistent work habits.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your password secure. You must not share your account, attempt to access another user's account, or use FocusCorp for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
FocusCorp offers optional paid subscriptions, including weekly and annual plans, that unlock premium features. On iOS, subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
FocusCorp may offer referral codes or promotional access. Referral rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be withheld, reversed, or revoked if we detect self-referrals, duplicate use, abuse, fraud, or technical errors.
Screen Time, Family Controls, Device Activity, scheduled blocking, app limits, breaks, and distracting app reminders depend on Apple's APIs, device settings, permissions, and operating system behavior. You are responsible for choosing which apps or categories to manage. FocusCorp is a productivity aid and does not guarantee that every distraction, app, website, notification, or device behavior will be blocked in every situation.
You agree not to misuse FocusCorp, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer the app except where allowed by law, circumvent security or subscription checks, abuse referrals, upload unlawful content, or use FocusCorp in a way that harms other users, Apple services, Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, or our systems.
You can delete your FocusCorp account in Settings. Account deletion removes your FocusCorp cloud account data and local app state, but it does not cancel active App Store subscriptions. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.
All content, graphics, pixel art, and code within FocusCorp are owned by or licensed to Buddy app, MB. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.
FocusCorp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddy app, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FocusCorp.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
